Article 1: Preamble
These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company WEGA, 3 rue Denis Papin, 67300 Schiltigheim - France (hereinafter "Lilith") and any person visiting or making a purchase via the website www.lilithparis.com (hereinafter "Customer"). Anyone can read the general conditions of sale on the site eshop.lilithparis.com (hereinafter the "Site"). Article 2: Order
After placing your order, we will acknowledge receipt of the order upon validation by email or by any other means at our discretion, in accordance with the provisions of Article L121-19 of the Consumer Code, and you will inform the shipping your items. Article 3: Pricing and Availability

Article 4: Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are 15 € for countries of the European Union for orders less than 200 €. From 200 €, the shipping costs are offered. Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These tariffs and these taxes related to the delivery of an item are your responsibility and your responsibility. We are not required to check and inform you of customs duties and taxes. Article 5: Payment and transaction security

Article 6: Returns and Exchanges
All products sold can be refunded or exchanged within the limit of stocks available, within 30 working days from the delivery date, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, Article L 121-20. Article 7: Reservation
The delivered goods remain our property until their shipment upon delivery to the carrier, once you've paid the price.
Article 8: Guarantees and responsibility
