You have 15 daysOnce you have received your order, you can return the unsuitable item(s) to us by contacting Customer Services at contact form or by writing to hello@lilithparis.com for a refund or exchange.

Your product must be in its original condition and packaging, undamaged and not have been worn or washed.

For all orders of products not on sale placed in European UnionIn case of retraction or in case of size or colour exchange, Lilith will take care of the return shipping costs.

Outside the European UnionReturns are at the expense of our customers and for any exchange, you must place another order on the site.

For all sold-out product during Lilith Days and outside the sales period, return and exchange costs will be charged to the customer within and outside the EU.
