What are the delivery times? 
Delivery times vary depending on the production of the capsule models. We expect delivery to take place within 3 months of the pre-order being placed, and we will do our utmost to meet this deadline.
Is it possible to try out the models before pre-ordering?
The return of lilith is a step-by-step process! We don't yet have a boutique, so we decided to come back with models that our customers know for their shape and fit. To help new customers, we're producing technical drawings with all the measurements they need.
Choosing the right size?
It's an eternal question, because the Lilith style can be worn however you like! Fluid, silhouetted or over-size, all our models can be interpreted in different ways. But to help you, we have a 'size guide' with all the measurements you need to know.

How do I change my order?
You can change your order at any time during the current sales period, just contact us using the contact form to let us know!
Once the sale is complete, you will no longer be able to modify your order.
A model is sold out, do I have a 2nd chance to buy it?
Our reasoned approach consists of a limited edition. We only produce the designs our customers buy. In this way we avoid waste and contribute to making our planet more beautiful. With a little luck, you'll be able to enjoy the return of a customer!

When is my order confirmed?
As soon as payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

What payment methods are available?
We accept credit card payments via our secure partner Monetico. The amount of your purchase will be debited on the day you place your order!
If the payment has not been successful, do not hesitate to place the order again or try another method of payment.
