Lilith will pay the return shipping costs in case of retraction or size exchange, except when the delivery address is not located in Europe. During Lilith Days, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. If necessary, we will take care of the return costs in France, but our international customers are responsible for these costs. Upon receipt of the delivery, you may return the product within 15 days by contacting customer service via the contact form. Your product must be in its original, undamaged condition and must not have been worn or washed! We will send you a returns slip, which you can print out and return to us at our expense. Exchanges of size or colour will only be possible within the limit of one return per customer! - Exchanges are not possible outside the European Union - If it is not possible to exchange the product or if you are not satisfied, we can send you a credit note to be used on a future capsule or simply refund you.
