When we began our search for a warp and weft manufacturing partner, it seemed obvious to us to turn to Éric's privileged contact. Stéphane Chomarat, head of a manufacturing unit in Tunisia, with whom Éric has had a long-standing friendly and professional relationship, decided to support lilith in its relaunch by agreeing to produce our capsules.

We produce the products as soon as the sale is completed!
Delivery times
will depend on each model and will be announced at the time of sale. During the production phase, we will inform you of any changes in lead times.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered within 3-5 days in France and within 8 days in Europe. You will receive an email with your order tracking number.

Returns, exchanges or refund
*The return costs will be paid by lilith in case of retraction or size exchange, except when the delivery address is not located in France.
If necessary, we will take care of the cost of returning the goods to France, but our international customers are responsible for this.
On receipt of delivery, you can return the product within 15 days by contacting Customer Services using the contact form.
Your product must be in its original, undamaged condition and must not have been worn or washed!
We will send you a returns slip to print out and return your parcel at our expense.
We only produce models ordered by our customers. Exchanges of size or colour will only be possible within the limit of one customer return!
- Exchanges are not possible outside the European Union.
If it is not possible to exchange the product or if you are not satisfied, we can send you a credit note to be used on a future capsule or simply proceed with a refund.
